Product Description
1. Suitable for the classification and secondary recycling crushing process of granular and crushed materials;
2. The material moves in a rotary motion at the front end and a linear motion at the rear end on the horizontal screen surface, resulting in high screening efficiency.
3. The tail end features an elastic support, which significantly reduces noise and enhances grading performance.
4. The original transmission housing has been changed from a modular assembly to a welded component with a single boring process, ensuring high concentricity and longer bearing life.
5. The counterweight block is located at the top, effectively balancing the vibration of the screen body; the main shaft is subjected only to torsional force, extending the bearing life.
6. The screen-clamping mechanism is simple and convenient, allowing for quick screen changes.
7. The sieve cover seals tightly with the sieve body, with no dust escaping.
