Twin-shaft paddle mixer

1. The machine trough adopts a unique W-shaped structure—narrow at the opening, large in the middle, and narrow at the bottom—resulting in a distinctive and aesthetically pleasing design. It occupies a small footprint, minimizes residue, and allows the rotor to be pulled out from one end for easy maintenance, ensuring thorough mixing with no dead corners. 2. It offers high mixing uniformity, eliminates dead corners during mixing, and features a short mixing cycle. Typically, each batch of material can be uniformly mixed within 40 to 90 seconds, with a coefficient of variation below 5%. 3. The machine is equipped with an oil-addition pipe, enabling large volumes of liquid additives to be added; several liquids can be added in appropriate amounts as needed.

Vertical mixer

1. Coefficient of variation ≤ 10%; 2. Mixing time: 5–10 minutes (users need to perform tests; mixing time may vary slightly depending on the materials used); 3. Compact design with low power consumption, small footprint, and large mixing capacity; 4. Suitable for mixing materials with good flowability.

Single-axis dual-ring belt mixer

1. The cylinder’s cross-section is fully circular, resulting in high utilization of the mixing space, minimal residue on the cylinder walls, and no dead zones in the mixing process. 2. The machine body is designed with one end fixed and the other end movable. The rotor can be pulled out from one end, making maintenance convenient. 3. Coefficient of variation ≤ 7%.

Single-axis paddle mixer

1. Single-axis, double-layer impeller design with a coefficient of variation ≤ 5%; 2. Fully open discharge gate, with material residue ≤ 2‰; 3. Mixing time is approximately 45–120 seconds (users should perform testing; mixing time may vary slightly depending on the material); 4. Equipped with a self-locking pneumatic discharge mechanism—once the air supply is cut off, the discharge gate will remain closed and no material will leak.

Twin-Shaft Paddle Mixer

During the mixing process, two materials intermingle through penetration and displacement. They are then re-mixed as they tumble on both sides, repeating this cycle multiple times. Finally, the discharge mechanism ensures thorough blending before the material is expelled through the discharge gate.
