Description:
Product Description
1. Single-axis, double-layer impeller design with a coefficient of variation ≤ 5%;
2. The discharge door is fully open, and material residue ≤ 2‰;
3. Mixing time is approximately 45–120 seconds (users should perform testing; mixing time may vary slightly depending on the materials used).
4. Equipped with a self-locking pneumatic discharge mechanism: when the air supply is cut off, the discharge door remains closed and no material leaks.
5. The door body is sealed with silicone around its perimeter, offering a long service life and preventing material leakage.
6. The helical gear reducer features direct-drive transmission, is oil-free, durable, and operates with low noise.
7. During load operation, the motor runs smoothly with minimal variation in motor current.

9. An optional blow-off device is available for cleaning residual materials inside the cylinder body.
10. The discharge gate is equipped with a blow-cleaning device to remove residual materials from the discharge gate (except for models 0.5 and 1.0).
11. Siemens motors are available as an option.
