Rotary distributor

Airlock

Circular spiral elevator

1. The shaft-end labyrinth seal prevents material leakage, and the bearing is isolated from the end plate to avoid damage caused by material ingress into the bearing. 2. The 3mm-thick blades are durable, do not cause machine blockage, and have low energy consumption.

Tail of the bucket elevator

1. The tail-wheel features a drum-type cage structure, reducing breakage rates and belt material adhesion. 2. An explosion-proof vent is installed to prevent dust explosions, ensuring safety and reliability. 3. The base of the machine is equipped with a stainless steel arc-shaped bottom, which is wear-resistant, long-lasting, and easy to clean for material removal. 4. The bearings are completely sealed against material ingress.

Head of bucket elevator
