600,000-ton Premium Feed Production Line
The complete production line encompasses premix, poultry feed, shrimp and crab feed, aquatic extruded feed, and raw material extrusion lines, with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons of premium feed. The factory employs Nuoside's intelligent integrated card management system, smart production equipment and control systems, and fully automated packaging and palletizing systems for intelligent production. For intelligent management, it utilizes Nuoside's proprietary MES system, ensuring fair and transparent production performance evaluation while maintaining order on the production floor. This enables comprehensive oversight without leaving the control room.
Production Process
Raw Material Receiving
Convenient, efficient, dust-free, and metered design with enlarged feed inlet. Equipped with a high-efficiency pulse dust collector to improve feeding conditions at the inlet. Optional raw material metering system available, compatible with multiple feed ingredients.
Conveying System
Low-loss shipping delivers intelligent, low-loss solutions through multiple dimensions, including low-residue conveying equipment, residue-free storage design, and anti-segregation crushing technology.
Cleaning System
By selecting targeted equipment—including magnets, screeners, dust collectors, and related systems—impurities are removed to ensure stored grains maintain optimal quality and protect primary processing equipment during subsequent steps.
Grinding System
Precise particle size control ensures uniform particle size and reduces powder content, thereby enhancing feed quality and animal digestibility.
Ingredient Batching System
Highly efficient and precise formulation of professional hardware and software solutions ensures the accuracy and efficiency of the ingredient dispensing system.
Extrusion
Extrusion involves high-temperature, high-pressure processing that gelatinizes starch and denatures proteins in feed. Rapid pressure release causes feed volume expansion, forming a porous structure. Nuoside's extrusion system delivers superior conditioning effects, high output efficiency, and traceable production data.
Drying
Following drying, the cooling process reduces feed temperature to 3°C–5°C above ambient levels while lowering moisture content to safe standards (≤12.5%) for optimal storage and transportation. Nuoside cooling equipment features modular design, high efficiency, uniform material distribution, and minimal residue.
Cooling System
The uniform differentiated cooling system and low-emission air network system ensure complete and uniform cooling of both granular and powdered feed materials. This enhances the feed's shelf life and stability, facilitating transportation and storage.
Screening
Following cooling and drying, non-compliant fines and abnormal materials are separated from the pellet feed through screening to produce finished products of qualified particle size. Nuoside offers innovative combination screens featuring easy screen changes, high throughput, compact footprint, and low energy consumption.
Packaging
Nuoside's packaging scales deliver high precision with minimal dust generation and superior packaging efficiency. Equipped with an intelligent control system, they enable real-time export of packaging reports and data. The system can be integrated with Nuoside's central control platform, allowing real-time monitoring of packaging progress and generation of variety-specific packaging reports at the central control center.
