Flat-bag pulse dust collector

1. It adopts an advanced flat-bag and box-type structural design, primarily used at the feeding inlet. It features a unique blow-cleaning device and employs a top-opening, removable bag structure for easy maintenance. Each filter bag boasts a filtration area of up to 1 square meter, significantly reducing the footprint required. 2. The pulse-jet bags utilize polyester tri-proof needle-punched felt dust-collecting bags that can operate continuously at temperatures below 120°C. These bags exhibit water resistance, oil resistance, and anti-static properties, along with high strength and long service life. They also offer unique advantages such as low resistance and ease of cleaning.

Cyclone dust collector

1. The body is made of 3 mm steel plate; 2. The body features a cleaning door and quick-connect fittings for upper mounting.

Cooler

1. Octagonal counterflow cooling ensures uniform particle cooling without cracking; the cooling time and filling amount are adjustable, and discharge is smooth with no residue left behind. 2. The slide-valve discharge mechanism operates smoothly and reliably, ensuring a fluent discharge process. 3. The temperature of the cooled particles is 3–5℃ lower than room temperature.

Cooler

Cooling of granules is an essential process in the granulation stage. The counterflow cooler series can cool granules exiting the granulator at 70°C–90°C to 3°C–5°C above room temperature and reduce moisture content to a safe level (≤12.5%), facilitating granule transportation and storage.

Fan

Cooling granules is a critical step in the granulation process. The counterflow cooler series can cool granules—discharged from the granulator at temperatures ranging from 70°C to 90°C—to a temperature that is 3°C to 5°C above room temperature, while reducing their moisture content to a safe level (≤12.5%). This facilitates the transportation and storage of the granules.
