Inner Mongolia 15-ton-per-hour poultry feed mill

Nuoside constructed one of the most technologically advanced and largest single-site modern specialized feed production facilities, with an annual design capacity of 600,000 tons. The plant includes 10 corn silos each holding 2,500 tons, five pelleting lines with an hourly output of 20 tons, four mixing lines capable of processing 3 tons per batch, and a 6,000-cubic-meter bulk storage silo for finished products. The project incorporates Nuoside's intelligent solutions, focusing on “vertical storage, bulk transportation, automated production, intelligent control, fresh product delivery, and information-based management.” This supports Dacheng Food in enhancing its core competitiveness and achieving sustainable development. Post-commissioning, it has realized full-process automation and precision, with production efficiency in key processes increasing by over 30%, effectively ensuring product quality and food safety.
