Case Study: 200,000-ton-per-year (High-End) Complete Feed Production Facility

This production line is suitable for manufacturing pelletized and powdered feeds for chickens, ducks, cattle, sheep, rabbits, pigs, and other livestock.
1. This production line occupies a small footprint, approximately 120 square meters. The building height should be around 27 meters.
2. This production line can simultaneously meet the production requirements for both powdered and granular materials.
3. Low labor costs (the entire production line requires only 3–4 operators);
4. Low energy consumption (the total power of this production line is approximately 430 kW);
5. Fully automated production line;
6. The company has completed turnkey equipment installation projects in regions including Inner Mongolia and Gansu.
7. The production process of this line comprises six major stages: steel‑plate material storage, raw material receiving, crushing, blending and mixing, granulation and cooling, and finished‑product packaging. In addition, it is equipped with auxiliary systems. The line features a high degree of automation and low labor costs.
