600,000-ton Premium Feed Production Line

The complete production line encompasses premix, poultry feed, shrimp and crab feed, aquatic extruded feed, and raw material extrusion lines, with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons of premium feed. The factory employs Nuoside intelligent integrated card management system, smart production equipment and control systems, and fully automated packaging and palletizing systems for intelligent production. For intelligent management, it utilizes Nuoside proprietary MES system, ensuring fair and transparent production performance evaluation while maintaining order on the production floor. This enables comprehensive oversight without leaving the control room.

Ruminant Feed Project

Constructed a ruminant feed production plant with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons, featuring two ruminant production lines: one organic ruminant feed line and one structural calf feed line. This project employs Nuoside latest specialized ruminant equipment, including the KN2 ruminant pellet mill, calf feed static mixer, molasses mixer, and molasses sprayer. It integrates intelligent systems such as Nuoside automatic screen breakage detection system, raw material weighing system, and fully automatic bagging scale, all controlled by Nuoside intelligent management system. This represents an outstanding example of an intelligent ruminant feed production facility.

600,000-ton Pig Feed Complex Project

Complex 600,000-Ton Pig Feed Project: High-Grade Pig Feed Intelligent Project, encompassing gestation feed for sows, starter feed for piglets, and complete pig feed. Guided by the “green and intelligent” philosophy, the design incorporates automated operation of extruders and pelletizers, along with production automation equipment such as unmanned security systems and truck scales.
